Annual Mummers
Day Hike
General Information We hike every Saturday & Sunday on trails less travelled in the Wissahickon and beyond. We limit travel time to places 1.5 hours from where I live in Philly.
We plant trees, make trails, maintain trails, cut vines, and do whatever needs to be done in the Wissahickon Creek part of Fairmount Park.
About a 13 mile hike on New Year's Day from the country to city. If parade is postponed so is the hike.
Date
Wissahickon Hike is on the last Saturday of each month at 945am. We hike every Sat and Sunday.
